Hello! I'm Mary Ann!

Welcome! I’m Mary Ann – Dedicated Health & Wellness Expert

From an early age, health and wellness have been at the very core of who I am. My love for movement and the outdoors shaped my childhood, fueling an insatiable curiosity for sports and nature. If I wasn’t exploring outside, I was channeling my boundless energy indoors—often flipping over furniture!

My journey in the health and wellness field began at the McKeesport YMCA, where I served as a Lifeguard before advancing to the role of Aquatic Director. Since then, I’ve cultivated a diverse career, seamlessly balancing roles in the insurance industry with my passion for health and wellness.

This passion has driven me to pursue every opportunity for growth, from earning multiple certifications to launching my own business, Heart Strong Wellness LLC, and now pursuing an advanced degree and seeking Volunteer Board of Director positions.

As a UPMC Lifestyle Health Coach, my mission is clear: to empower individuals to achieve their best health so they can fully embrace what they love most in life. My blend of expertise, real-world experience, and unwavering commitment makes me a trusted partner in helping others thrive.

Feel free to explore, connect, and ask questions—I’m here to help!

Wishing you wellness and vitality,
Mary Ann
