Hello! I'm Mary Ann!

I've always been a Health & Wellness enthusiast.

Growing up, it felt like, to me at least, that being active was the only thing I was good at, and it made me so happy!  I spent very little time in the house, and if I was stuck in there, I was doing flips over the furniture!

My first job was working for the McKeesport YMCA as a Lifeguard, then as an Aquatic Director; and since then I have worn many hats, with one foot in the Insurance Industry and the other in the Health & Wellness industry.

My love of Health & Wellness motivated me through college, certifications, and starting my own business, back to graduate school and soon to board certification!

It is my ambition to combine my experiences toward my current role as a UPMC Lifestyle Health Coach to help our members realize optimum health and wellness so that they too can do what they love!

Please stay a while, look around, and contact me with any questions!

Stay Well!

Ma
