Welcome to the Heart Strong Wellness Way, a transformative 10-month program centered around 10 guiding principles designed to lead you to your best self.

These principles create a holistic foundation, fostering enduring and sustainable behavior changes that will gradually guide you back to your true self, allowing you to engage in activities you love that bring you more joy and happiness into your life. This program is tailored for anyone who is tired of feeling sick and tired, and looking to create a better quality of life.

 

The 10 principles, including Reflection and Awareness, Priming Your Environment, Defining and Building Your Rituals and Systems, Finding Movement, Food as Fuel, Peace of Mind, Sound Sleep, Freedom from Substances, Community and Connection, and Reflections, Recalibrate, Re-Execution, cover a spectrum of physical and mental well-being aspects. With modalities offered through telephonic and virtual sessions, this program will meet you where you are as you prefer.

Join us every month for a Group Health Coaching Session discussing topics that are chosen by participants.

 

Customized group health coaching sessions are available upon demand around numerous subjects, such as, weight loss medications, debunking diets, label reading, grocery shopping 101, prep and batch cooking, weight loss math, digital tool review and resources, physical activity using the FITT principle, bathing in nature to reduce stress, meditate and visualize your way to stress relief, sleep improvement strategies, a guide to nicotine replacement and stop smoking medications, and many more.

Group Sessions are free for current HSW Way Members, and available to All Else for a small Drop-In fee.
